REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through SeedBankers.eu, operated by HL Finland Oy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at:

You must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused.

  • Items must remain in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Packaging must not be opened, damaged, or altered.

  • Items must be suitable for resale.

Opened or unsealed products may not be eligible for return unless required by mandatory consumer protection law.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods until they are returned.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping must include tracking.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return instructions will be provided after your withdrawal request is received.

4. REFUNDS

Once returned goods are received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer only.

  • Refunds will be sent to the same bank account used for the original payment unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of return shipment.

Shipping costs are refundable only if required by applicable consumer law.

5. NON-DELIVERY & SEIZURE

HL Finland Oy is not responsible for:

  • Customs confiscation

  • Regulatory seizure

  • Import restrictions

  • Legal issues in the destination country

If an order is seized due to local regulations, this does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless required by mandatory law.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import laws before placing an order.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product

  • A defective item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographic evidence

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. ORDERS NOT YET DISPATCHED

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch:

  • Contact us immediately at info@seedbankers.eu

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, cancellation may be possible.

If processing has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.

8. REFUND LIMITATIONS

We do not refund:

  • Opened or tampered products (unless legally required)

  • Orders returned without prior notification

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Orders lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS

Since we operate on a bank transfer model:

  • Orders are processed only after payment is received.

  • Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 14 days.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer only.

10. COLLECTIBLE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All cannabis seeds are sold strictly as collectible genetic souvenirs.

Returns must comply with the sealed packaging requirement, and products must remain in resalable condition.
